Balance is due at the time of service. We will submit your services to your insurance company, but any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We also offer Care Credit.

Insurance benefits the customer. We do not determine what insurance will cover, how much they will cover, or reimbursement methods. You are responsible for the full balance including any amount that is not paid by your insurance company.
